Eutron's Management Systems was ISO45001 certified

In these weeks we are experiencing the importance of health and safety more than ever.

In February, just before covid-19 showed its terribile effects, Eutron's Management Systems was ISO45001 certified.

We are proud of this result and now that we are starting again at full speed, we are strongly committed to maintain our work environment safe for our people.

3rd party VDA 6.3 audit

We successfully passed a 3rd party VDA 6.3 audit and we have reached the final score of 97% (Rating A).

VDA 6.3 (or VDA 6, “Part 3”) is a process-based audit standard used to evaluate and improve controls in manufacturing operations.

The VDA standard is developed by the German Automotive industry but it is nowadays recognized as a reference for all type of industries.

The standard can be used by any organisation, either for internal process audits or for evaluating potential or existing suppliers.

At the heart of the standard, each step in the process is governed by the Deming Loop – Plan Do Check Act. There are three grades that an organisation can reach under VDA 6.3 – A, B & C. This means that an organisation can pass the audit but still have scope for further improvement.

The audit was conducted by Claudio Anselmo - Process Auditor VDA 6.3 P-6.3-1901-B-31599 and IATF certified lead auditor 5-ADP-12-01-1077.

Eutron is using AGV

In the aim of eliminating waste, and improving efficiency, Eutron is using AGV (Automated/Automatic Guided Vehicle ) to move materials and products across the shopfloor.

Catching the opportunities, that the new technologies are offering, and jumping into Industry 4.0 revolution is what Eutron strongly pursues to stay on the market and to delight its customers​.​

New Fuji AIMEX III

In January 2018 Eutron has completed the renewal of its SMT lines installing 3 new Fuji AIMEX III.

With this investment Eutron can offer best-in-class mounting technology - 3D Solder Paste Inspection, high-end pick& place machines and in-line 3D AOI - in a production environment fully compliant with Industry 4.0 approach.

Eutron systems toghether with machines software allow to control, monitor and improve the performance of the production lines in terms of efficiency and quality ensuring material traceability and data collection.

In view of forthcoming I 4.0 and, expecially, in order to provide the Customers with the state of the art technology quality and reliability in production and service level, Eutron set a investment plan, that will touch both plants and most of operations

MES project

Eutron has selected FactoryLogix by AEGIS (www.aiscorp.com​​) as Manufacturing Execution System to offer full traceability capabilities to its customers. The project will be completed by 2016.​​​​​​

SPI

Improved screen printing process control with new Koh Young Solder Paste Inspection machine

​Eutron has chosen Koh Young (8030-2) as SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) machine to monitor, control and improve the screen printing process.

SAKI 3D AOI technology

Eutron has implemented 3D AOI technology on its SMT production lines

​Eutron has chosen SAKI 3D AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) to improve delivered quality and to have a better process control.
The 3D technology has been recently introduced on SMT AOI machines to have repeatable and reliable results significantly reducing false calls that have represented since ever a limit for the effectiveness and the efficiency of the automatic inspection.
